For years, I led with discipline, strategy, and relentless drive. It worked…until it didn’t.
The structure I built externally was solid, but the energy behind it was fractured. I was producing results, yet the cost was my peace, my health, and my sense of purpose. That unraveling became my turning point.
 

In rebuilding, I learned that the real architecture of growth isn’t built from effort alone. It's built from energetic precision, emotional intelligence, and embodied leadership. I stopped chasing balance and started designing alignment.
